Join Alaska Airlines and discover a career that takes you beyond destinations — into moments of connection, compassion, and adventure. As a Flight Attendant, you’ll be part of an airline known for its genuine care, Pacific Northwest roots, and commitment to creating travel experiences that feel as personal as they are professional. In this role, you’ll do more than deliver snacks and safety briefings — you’ll be a storyteller in motion, ensuring every passenger feels welcome, safe, and seen. Alaska Airlines Flight Attendants are ambassadors of our brand, balancing professionalism with personality to create warm, human experiences on every route. Whether helping a first-time flyer, calming a nervous traveler, or celebrating a milestone moment in the sky, your empathy and energy will make a lasting impact. Your journey begins at our state-of-the-art Inflight Training Center in Seattle, where you’ll receive paid, hands-on instruction in FAA safety compliance, emergency response, hospitality, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. You’ll also train in real aircraft simulators, learning to adapt to unpredictable conditions with calm and confidence. Upon graduation, you’ll be assigned to a flight base serving destinations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Every day is different in the sky — but what never changes is our promise to care for one another. At Alaska Airlines, teamwork is everything. You’ll collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and fellow attendants to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable customer service from takeoff to touchdown. Flexibility is part of the adventure — expect irregular schedules, overnight layovers, and global routes that blend excitement with professionalism. In return, we offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and access to one of the most generous travel programs in the airline industry. You’ll enjoy free standby travel for yourself and eligible family members, exclusive hotel and partner airline discounts, 401(k) matching, and ongoing career growth opportunities. Alaska Airlines celebrates diversity, inclusion, and a strong sense of belonging — because the journey is richer when everyone’s story matters. If you’re passionate about travel, thrive in fast-moving environments, and have a heart for service, this is your boarding call. Bring your smile, your professionalism, and your spirit of adventure — and help us keep the skies full of kindness and care.
